做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
