做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
