做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
