做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
