做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
