做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
