做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
