做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
